Why people bring their devices here

We have been trading from the same East London high street since 2010. That only works if customers get a straight answer, so that is what we give: what is wrong, what the realistic options are, and what each one involves. If something cannot be fixed, or is not worth fixing, we say so.

You are welcome to walk in and describe the problem before committing to anything.

How a repair works

Tell us about the device, either through the booking form or by walking in. We look at it and run a diagnostic to establish the actual fault, rather than guessing from the symptom.

We then come back to you with what we found and what can be done. Nothing further happens until you have decided. When the work is finished we tell you what was done and hand the device back.

Before you bring a device in

A few things that make the visit quicker:

  • Back up anything you can still access
  • Bring the charger and any accessories involved in the fault
  • Know the passcode or account password if we need to test the device
  • If a drive is failing, stop using it and switch it off

Not sure what you need?

Describe the problem and we will tell you what the next step is.
