Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we are asked most. If yours isn’t here, ask us.
Where are you, and when are you open?
259 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 4HH. We are open seven days a week: Mon–Sat 10:00–20:00 · Sun 11:00–18:00. You can walk in, call us on 020 3488 5095 or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I get a quote?
Tell us what you need using the enquiry form, by phone or on WhatsApp, or come in. We will come back to you about the next step. Sending an enquiry does not book anything or commit you to anything.
Will you do any work before I agree to it?
No. We look at the actual problem or requirement first, explain what we found and what the options are, and nothing further happens until you decide.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based on High Road Leytonstone and work with businesses in Leytonstone, Stratford, Forest Gate, Green Street and across East London. Tell us where you are when you get in touch.
Do you repair personal phones, laptops and games consoles?
Walk-in repairs for personal phones, laptops, Macs, gaming PCs and consoles are handled by our sister shop, Tech Repair Zone, at the same address and with the same opening hours. OMAX IT handles repairs to business devices.
Can you guarantee you will recover my data?
No one honestly can. Recovery depends on the condition of the device or storage media. We assess it first and tell you what can realistically be recovered. If a drive seems to be failing, stop using it and switch it off — continuing to use it can make things worse.
Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
No. SEO is an ongoing process, and search rankings depend on many factors outside any agency’s control. We concentrate on what does help: being findable, accurate and convincing when people nearby search for what you do.
How does reserving equipment from the shop work?
Choose an item in the shop and send a reservation request. We contact you to confirm it is available and arrange collection. Nothing is charged online: you pay when you collect it from the shop, and the item is not sold to you until then.
Do you build websites and online shops for small businesses?
Yes — websites, e-commerce, web applications, databases and custom software. See web and software development.
