These terms
These terms cover use of this website, run by OMAX IT SOLUTIONS LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 07454062). Work carried out by OMAX IT SOLUTIONS LTD is subject to whatever is agreed with you directly for that job.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the enquiry form sends us an enquiry. It does not create a confirmed appointment or a commitment to carry out work. We will contact you to agree the next step.
Estimates and diagnosis
Any indication given before diagnosis is an estimate. The work required, and the cost of it, can change once the device or requirement has been examined. We will tell you before proceeding with anything beyond what you have agreed.
Repair outcomes
We aim to resolve every fault brought to us, but some devices cannot be economically repaired, and some faults cannot be resolved at all. Where that is the case we will tell you. Repair times depend on the fault, the device, parts availability and diagnostic findings.
Data and backups
You are responsible for backing up your own data before leaving a device with us. Data recovery outcomes depend on the physical and logical condition of the media and cannot be guaranteed.
Reserving items from the shop
- A reservation request is not a purchase. Nothing is charged online, and no contract of sale exists until you collect the item and pay for it in our shop.
- We will contact you to confirm whether the item is available and to arrange collection. If it is no longer available, we will tell you.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We take care to keep prices, descriptions, stock levels and photos accurate, but mistakes can happen; if an item’s details are wrong, we will tell you before you pay.
- “Price on request” means the price will be confirmed when you ask.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
